Rich founded Medallion Business Consulting in 2009 to help small to mid-sized companies increase their enterprise value by maximizing their profit potential. In 25 years of experience, he has worked with all aspects of a company including start-ups, dramatic growth, turnarounds and divestitures. His passion is to use his experience and analytical skills to help other companies grow and prosper.

His experience has been derived from spending over 14 years in the finance organization with General Electric in a series of roles and businesses. He was part of the leadership team that turned around a failing $1.0 billion aircraft engine product line into a successful and thriving business through a unique marketing and business arrangement with a major aircraft supplier.

As CFO and Board Member of a $250 million construction products company, he helped grow the company into the fifth largest private company in the greater Cincinnati area with over $950 million in revenue. This was accomplished through organic growth as well as successfully acquiring and integrating 12 companies over a six year period.

Most recently, as a Senior VP and CFO of an $80 million environmental company, he led many initiatives including, corporate and top-line growth strategies, new business measurements, cost reduction efforts and improved investor and bank relations. His enthusiasm for developing and executing these initiatives led him to start a business to help companies sustain positive income growth.
